perfect spot for serene walks and local art

I spent one night at this charming hotel and really appreciated being so close to Fired Thoughts Arts Studio and Gallery for some lovely local art. The ease of reaching the Devizes Millennium White Horse, making my city strolls truly enjoyable. the staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming, which made my stay feel special.

The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality, ensuring my comfort after a tough day. The delicious homemade breakfast was truly a highlight of my stay.

Shower design needs serious improvement!!! Inadequate bathroom storage made organizing a hassle!!! Limited parking during peak times leads to frustration at arrival!!! Noise from the pub made sleep elusive!!!

everything was amazin at the green dragon! the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially while we were with the kids. the breakfast was to die for with homemade muesli and the family room was really comfy. we loved all the local feel in the pub and the dog, arnie, was such a nice bonus! made our stay feel even more special.

the music from the pub was a bit loud at night, made it tough to sleep. also, it could've used more parking spots.

The family room felt a bit tired, with an outdated design and furniture that could use a refresh. The shower was poorly designed, causing water to pool and making it an annoying experience. A few minor inconveniences like a broken toilet flush and lack of privacy from blinds completed the mix of frustrations.

i had a lovely stay at this pub. the breakfast was a highlight, featuring locally sourced sausage and excellent scrambled eggs. i appreciated the spacious and comfortable room that exceeded my expectations from my last trip to market lavington.

Perfect for bikers!

Stayed for 2 nights while biking around the area. Loved that I could roll my bike right to my room! The staff were super friendly and saved a roast dinner for me when I was running late. Only downside was a bit of dog mess in the garden area, kinda gross. Great breakfast options made up for it!
